Conductor: Tom Elliot

Jazz Band memebrs are comprised of students that are members of any of the major performing groups including Concert Choir. Students are chosen by audition only. This ensemble is required to perform at all concerts, school and various community functions. The purpose of this course is to give students the oppurtunity to study and perform music from the jazz idiom and to develop proficiency in jazz improvisation. This class is held in conjunction with homeroom and students are required to rehearse Tuesday-Thursday from 7:05-7:45AM.
